Terms of Sale
mastermind-sale-public-proposed-20261015-v6
Seller and contact
Your seller is LEV ZIMBITSKIY, trading as MasterMind, Calle Carmelo Roda, 6, 46025 Valencia, Spain; tax identifier ESY5383974X. Purchase enquiries and document requests: info@mmindtech.com. Complaints, withdrawal, device service, Warranty and StayProtect: support@mmindtech.com. Commercial telephone: +34 962 197 076. The postal address identifies the seller and receives written notices; it is not the physical equipment-return destination.
Scope and purchaser status
These terms cover the goods and optional services expressly purchased in your MasterMind Shop order. Business and consumer status follows applicable law and the actual purpose of purchase; a business name, tax identifier or buyer-status selection does not waive consumer rights. All consumers receive the worldwide 14-calendar-day withdrawal benefits described below, with stronger mandatory local rights preserved. Business buyers have no general contractual change-of-mind return right for fault-free goods. Pre-dispatch business cancellation requests are reviewed individually and may be approved commercially. Earlier orders retain their applicable terms and law.
Products, quantities and retained enquiries
The summary identifies directly payable products, quantities and selected coverages, separately from retained quotation or assisted-sale requests. StayControl, StayAlert and PartyStop retain their approved per-SKU direct-purchase range of 1-20 units; 21 or more of a SKU requires a quote for that SKU. StayEco, its Controller coverages and onsite support remain quotation/assisted items; StayAssist retains its separate contracting process and is not bought through this hardware payment. Paying direct lines does not accept or charge an unpriced request.
Direct Warranty Extension and StayProtect purchase is only with eligible new hardware in the same order. Select the specific eligible order units to cover; you may cover fewer units than the hardware quantity. Each chosen coverage is durably associated with its selected unit without requiring a physical serial before purchase. Ineligible combinations cannot be selected. Previously purchased hardware uses the existing contact form, manual eligibility verification and, if accepted, a manual Stripe payment link; it is not an independent Shop coverage checkout or a new device-authorization system.
Review, corrections and contract language
Before payment, review the product descriptions and requirements, quantities, optional purchases, billing and delivery details, buyer status, contract language and payable summary. Correct errors before submitting the order. If the available controls do not permit a correction, contact info@mmindtech.com before paying. You may save or print the full terms presented before purchase. English and German versions have equal standing; no language takes precedence. Your chosen contract language and the exact document versions presented are recorded. Any additional information or language required by applicable law must also be supplied.
Order acceptance and contract formation
You submit an order with a payment obligation for the items identified as payable. MasterMind accepts that order by issuing the order confirmation after successful verification of payment. The confirmation identifies the accepted items and applicable document versions. An earlier order-received message acknowledges receipt only; it is neither contract acceptance nor proof of payment. Returning from a payment page alone does not prove payment or acceptance. Payment for direct items does not accept retained quotation or follow-up requests, and it does not activate StayProtect. If a paid order cannot be accepted, MasterMind informs you and returns the amount received for the unaccepted items.
Prices, VAT and payable totals
EUR is the only selling and billing currency worldwide for hardware, shipping, Warranty Extension and StayProtect; no automatic local-currency conversion is offered. Hardware and Extension are one-time purchases; StayProtect uses the approved annual tariff and annual advance billing. Net reference prices exclude VAT. Before payment, the summary separately shows the actual one-time amounts due now, first annual amount, applicable discounts, shipping, taxes, total and future annual recurring amount including applicable tax for consumers. Future recurring tax is recalculated under applicable rules, not guaranteed unchanged.
Business buyers supply legal company name, registered billing address/country and applicable tax identifier before payment, with a separate delivery address where relevant. Stripe Tax is the calculation engine. A tax identifier alone gives no exemption. Eligible intra-EU goods sales from Spain to another EU state require positive VIES or equivalent authoritative verification and applicable country/dispatch evidence before VAT-free Checkout. If validation is invalid, unverified or unavailable, retry or manual verification is available; no exemption or silent VAT-inclusive bypass of that unverified intra-EU business flow is offered. Spanish domestic business purchases are not exempt merely because a VAT number exists. A valid exemption must actually remove tax without retaining the former tax-inclusive gross as net. Unsupported calculations and errors do not become a fabricated zero-tax result.
Coupons and original price allocations
An eligible coupon applies only to directly purchased StayControl, StayAlert or PartyStop hardware within its stated scope and validity. One coupon may be used per order; coupons do not stack. They do not discount shipping, Warranty Extension, StayProtect or its renewals, StayEco quotation items, StayAssist or retained follow-up requests. A coupon cannot exceed the eligible hardware value and creates no cash credit or unused balance. A successfully used coupon is not restored after a refund or dispute. Refunds use the original discounted amounts allocated to the affected items, with the applicable original tax and shipping treatment; they do not reprice those items at an undiscounted price.
Payment and optional purchases
Stripe processes payment. The payment methods actually available for your order are identified before payment; no particular method is promised for every buyer or destination. Do not send card details to MasterMind by email. Warranty Extension and StayProtect are optional and are purchased only when expressly selected. StayProtect requires separate acceptance of its applicable terms and recurring-payment disclosures. Its enrollment acceptance, successful initial payment and activation are separate steps; payment or a receipt alone does not establish active protection.
Shipping and destinations
The delivery address and applicable approved regional shipping charge are shown before payment and stored with the order. The regional flat charge applies once to the paid direct physical shipment, including mixed hardware, regardless of aggregate units; per-SKU direct quantity limits remain. Unpaid quotation goods and nonphysical coverages do not add shipment units. Ceuta and Melilla use exactly the same commercial shipping tariff as Canarias; this does not establish identical tax treatment.
Worldwide sales support legally and technically serviceable destinations, subject only to genuine documented sanctions, legal, carrier, payment or tax limitations for the affected destination/product. A shipping price is not proof of tax liability or exemption. If MasterMind chooses to split the shipment into batches, MasterMind bears the additional shipping costs caused by that split.
Delivery arrangements, delay and risk
Order-specific preparation, dispatch information and any agreed delivery period are disclosed before purchase. Buyers may purchase hardware requiring preparation; preparation and delays are handled manually. Estimated transportation times begin at dispatch, not order placement: mainland Spain 1-3 business days; non-mainland Spain including Baleares, Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla 5-7 business days; Europe 5-7 business days; Rest of World 10-14 business days. These are transit estimates, not immediate-dispatch or guaranteed-arrival promises.
Applicable contractual and mandatory delivery duties remain. Under the applicable general consumer rule, absent another valid agreed delivery period, delivery is due without undue delay and within 30 calendar days of contract formation. Mandatory additional-period, termination and repayment rights for delay remain, including exceptions for refusal or an essential agreed deadline. Partial shipments are recorded by batch or affected order unit; actual confirmed delivery dates determine that unit's warranty and selected StayProtect start and anniversary, so units delivered separately can have different dates.
Consumer risk normally passes on physical receipt by the buyer or nominated recipient other than the carrier; an independently commissioned carrier not offered by MasterMind follows the applicable statutory exception. Business risk follows applicable law and agreed terms. Dispatch alone is not consumer receipt.
Customs and import costs
The worldwide destination-import allocation is DAP-style, including Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla. MasterMind collects the product price, approved shipping and sales tax it is legally required to collect. The recipient pays applicable destination import duties, import taxes and customs-clearance charges where lawfully allocated, subject to mandatory local rules and actual carrier terms. Those destination costs are distinct from export paperwork, shipping and seller-collected sales tax, and are disclosed before payment or identified as potentially payable when not reasonably calculable. IGIC/IPSI are not automatically charged as if Stripe Tax had calculated them. No new tax rate, registration, importer status or universal exemption is established.
Product requirements and safe use
Use each product according to its supplied instructions, requirements and confirmed compatibility. StayControl monitoring is not a certified fire alarm and does not replace required fire detection or alarm systems. PartyStop requires installation by a qualified electrician and compliance with applicable local electrical and safety requirements. Circuit and load suitability must be checked by the installer; PartyStop is intended for selected circuits and does not guarantee that every noise incident will stop. Its noise-triggered automation requires the compatible StayControl context; manual switching is a separate supported use. These conditions do not exclude remedies for defective or nonconforming goods.
Included Standard MasterMind Warranty: guarantor, devices and period
The guarantor is LEV ZIMBITSKIY, trading as MasterMind, Calle Carmelo Roda, 6, 46025 Valencia, Spain. Eligible StayControl main devices, StayEco Controllers and StayAlert devices include 12 months of commercial warranty from actual delivery worldwide for business and consumer purchases. PartyStop, Room Sensors and unrelated accessories/software do not acquire eligibility through another covered device. Partial deliveries use the affected unit's actual confirmed delivery date. The statement identifies the covered goods, delivery-based dates and applicable version.
This included commercial benefit is additional to statutory rights. Longer mandatory protection and free consumer conformity remedies remain independently available; no universal statutory consumer duration or country marketing table is established. The applicable base for paid Extension takes account of any longer mandatory protection. Commercial exclusions do not restrict statutory remedies.
Included Standard MasterMind Warranty: coverage and exclusions
The included commercial warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects and component failures attributable to the product under normal intended use, within the applicable period and subject to MasterMind's technical assessment. It does not cover all failures merely because they occur during that period.
It excludes damage or failure caused by accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, use outside intended conditions, improper or unsuitable power supply, external electrical events or damage, fire, water or other liquid damage, and ordinary cosmetic wear. Opening a device is not, by itself, an automatic exclusion. These commercial exclusions do not restrict statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Included Standard MasterMind Warranty: remedies and service
For an accepted commercial-warranty claim, MasterMind selects repair or replacement after technical assessment and with regard to practicability. The commercial warranty does not promise automatic or necessarily brand-new replacement, a refund, advance replacement, a loan device or a fixed turnaround time. Statutory remedies remain independent.
Contact support@mmindtech.com, identify the affected device and describe the issue. Provide reasonable diagnostic or support information if requested. Wait for MasterMind's return instructions before sending equipment. No formal RMA number is required by these terms. This equipment-return procedure is separate from declaring a statutory withdrawal or asserting statutory conformity rights; it does not make prior authorisation a condition for those rights.
Included Standard MasterMind Warranty: territory and transport
Commercial warranty coverage is worldwide, subject to genuine legal restrictions and service logistics. For an accepted warranty claim, where lawful, you pay shipment to MasterMind or its service centre and MasterMind pays return/replacement shipping. Mandatory consumer law requiring a free remedy including transport takes priority. These warranty transport rules are distinct from change-of-mind returns; no unlimited customs entitlement, diagnostic fee or service deadline is created.
The included commercial warranty and selected Extension follow the device on ownership transfer with original expiry preserved, without fee or restart. The claimant provides adequate device identity and original-purchase/ownership-chain evidence. Approved replacement continues remaining coverage without duplicating a paid benefit. Statements record actual unit delivery and applicable dates; payment or dispatch does not replace delivery, and historical orders are not rewritten.
Optional Warranty Extension
Warranty Extension is an optional one-time commercial guarantee for eligible B2B and B2C hardware worldwide. It adds 12 consecutive months immediately after the applicable base warranty/protection period ends, using the same qualifying-defect, exclusion, remedy and claim framework. Stronger statutory protection remains independent; the commercial period does not extend every statutory remedy itself. Extension starts at the actual applicable base end boundary and ends 12 consecutive calendar months later, with mandatory period effects preserved; purchase/payment does not reset it.
Direct Shop purchase is only for specifically selected eligible units of new hardware in the same order. Previously purchased hardware uses contact and manual verification/payment-link handling while its applicable base remains valid; there is no 30-day purchase cutoff. No retrospective known-fault coverage is created. Ownership transfer and approved replacement retain original expiry. A definitive return without replacement cancels only the returned unit's linked Extension, with a full refund if Extension coverage has not started and superior legal rules otherwise. The complete selected version and unit association are supplied durably.
Optional StayProtect
StayProtect is an optional annual technical repair and device-replacement service provided directly by MasterMind, separate from Warranty and Warranty Extension. Eligible hardware, approved annual EUR tariff, covered events/exclusions and annual event allowance are specified in its full terms. Direct purchase is with specifically selected eligible new-hardware units in the same order; the first annual amount is paid with hardware, but each unit's 12 months start only at its confirmed delivery. Separate partial-delivery dates require separate coverage anniversaries. For previously owned eligible hardware, use contact/manual verification/payment-link handling; successful assisted contracting/payment starts coverage immediately without waiting or device-age restriction. Applicable warranty handles covered failures first without consuming a StayProtect event.
Worldwide B2C has an initial 12-month commitment, then indefinite continuation with annual advance billing, at most one month's notice after the initial term, and refund of corresponding unused prepaid time on later-term termination. Ordinary B2B cancellation ends the current paid annual term, stops the next renewal and creates no automatic proportional refund. Consumers worldwide receive 14 calendar days from subscription contracting to withdraw, subject to stronger law. Active renewal-payment grace is 14 calendar days, followed by suspension until regularized if unpaid; one reminder is sent 30 days before annual renewal, with charge/failure/grace/suspension/cancellation notices. Subscription ownership/payment methods and personal data do not automatically transfer. The separate no-login declaration functions and support email remain available; acknowledgement alone is not a completed refund or billing change.
Cancellation requests and refunds
Send cancellation requests to info@mmindtech.com with the order reference; use the separate consumer withdrawal/cancellation functions or support@mmindtech.com for those declarations. No prior approval is required to exercise statutory withdrawal. Business pre-dispatch cancellation requests receive individual commercial review, with no general fault-free change-of-mind return entitlement.
A definitive hardware return without replacement cancels that returned unit's linked Extension and StayProtect and stops its future protection renewals. Extension is fully refunded if its coverage has not begun. StayProtect refunds follow its worldwide consumer withdrawal/later-term cancellation rules or applicable B2B/mandatory rules. Units not returned retain their own coverage. Approved warranty replacement preserves the valid remaining benefit and associates the replacement without a duplicate paid subscription. Refunds use actual original allocated amounts, discounts, tax and lawful shipping treatment, with financial audit and idempotency. A declaration receipt alone is not completion of the resulting financial or subscription operations.
Consumer withdrawal notice: right and period
Every consumer worldwide may withdraw from a hardware purchase for change of mind within 14 calendar days from receipt, with stronger mandatory law preserved. For consumer orders containing multiple goods delivered separately, the applicable last-goods/last-part rule is preserved; MasterMind's decision to split shipments does not shorten a mandatory withdrawal period. The separate StayProtect subscription has a worldwide 14-calendar-day withdrawal period from subscription contracting, not hardware payment or delivery, subject to stronger law. State the affected contract or units when withdrawing only part of an order. Any statutory extension for missing mandatory information remains applicable. These contractual worldwide benefits do not assert that every country's law is identical.
Consumer withdrawal notice: how to withdraw
Send an unambiguous statement of your decision to withdraw to LEV ZIMBITSKIY, trading as MasterMind, Calle Carmelo Roda, 6, 46025 Valencia, Spain, or support@mmindtech.com; telephone +34 962 197 076. You may use the form below, but it is optional. Sending your statement before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient. Your order reference helps identify the purchase but is not an additional condition for a valid statement.
The separate online withdrawal function is at https://mmindtech.com/shop/withdrawal/ and does not require login or an authenticated purchase session. First enter or confirm your name, the contract or contract part to withdraw from, and your confirmation email address. Then submit the declaration using Confirm withdrawal. You receive immediate durable acknowledgement of the submitted declaration and its receipt date and time, and may retain the confirmation. Withdrawal is separate from subscription cancellation. Receipt acknowledgement does not assert that a financial refund or subscription change has already been applied. Administrative verification does not change the receipt time or any statutory effect of your declaration. Contact for physical return instructions is a logistics step and does not require approval of your withdrawal. The seller's identity/notice address is not represented as the equipment-return destination.
Consumer withdrawal notice: repayment
On a valid withdrawal, MasterMind returns the payments received for the withdrawn contract, including the ordinary delivery charge. Extra costs of a delivery option you chose above the least expensive offered standard delivery are not reimbursed under this rule. Repayment is made without undue delay and within 14 days after MasterMind receives your withdrawal statement, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise; the repayment itself carries no fee. For goods, unless MasterMind offers collection, repayment may be withheld until the goods are received back or you provide evidence of sending them back, whichever happens first. Any lawful service deduction described below and the applicable treatment of an ancillary contract are distinct from a goods-return withholding.
Consumer withdrawal notice: returning goods
Return or hand over the goods to MasterMind without undue delay and within 14 days after you notify MasterMind of withdrawal. Sending them before that deadline is sufficient. Obtain the physical return destination privately from support@mmindtech.com; MasterMind supplies the return instructions so that statutory deadlines can be respected. Contacting support is not a condition for declaring withdrawal or an approval requirement. You bear the direct ordinary costs of a withdrawal return where you were properly informed of that responsibility. No restocking fee applies. If goods cannot normally be returned by post, any legally required return-cost information must be supplied before purchase. Different statutory nonconformity and commercial-warranty transport rules remain separate.
You are responsible for reduced goods value only to the extent that handling went beyond what was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, and the legal information requirements for that responsibility were met. Merely activating, examining or opening ordinary hardware does not automatically remove the right to withdraw.
Consumer withdrawal notice: services and linked purchases
Withdrawal from a service is distinct from receipt of hardware and ordinary subscription cancellation. Worldwide consumers have 14 calendar days from StayProtect contracting to withdraw, subject to stronger law. New-hardware protection begins on confirmed unit delivery; assisted existing-hardware protection begins immediately on successful contracting/payment. Selection, payment or activation is not by itself a waiver.
A deduction on service withdrawal is allowed only for proportional coverage actually provided, where applicable law permits it and necessary prior information and an express request to begin during the withdrawal period were supplied. Without those conditions, no such deduction applies. Any statutory rule on excessive agreed price or lawful market-value basis remains. Full-performance loss of a service withdrawal right requires actual full performance and all legally required prior express consent/acknowledgement; starting an annual plan is not full performance of its annual service. Hardware withdrawal's legally required ancillary termination remains, and the approved returned-unit rules cancel only affected coverages. Consumer unused-prepayment refund on later indefinite-term cancellation is a separate benefit, not a withdrawal waiver.
Optional consumer withdrawal form
To withdraw, you may complete this form and send it to the notice recipient below. You may instead send another unambiguous statement.
Recipient: LEV ZIMBITSKIY, trading as MasterMind, Calle Carmelo Roda, 6, 46025 Valencia, Spain; support@mmindtech.com.
I/we withdraw from my/our contract for the following goods or service (delete the alternative that does not apply):
Goods/service: ____________________
Order date / receipt date (as applicable): ____________________
Consumer name(s): ____________________
Consumer address: ____________________
Signature(s), for a paper notice only: ____________________
Date: ____________________
This postal address receives the withdrawal notice; obtain the equipment-return destination separately from support.
Confirmation, archive and accounting documents
MasterMind supplies the complete order confirmation and full applicable contractual documents in a form you can retain unchanged. They identify seller, buyer, accepted items and quantities, one-time and recurring amounts, discounts, tax, shipping, delivery arrangements, chosen/required languages and exact document versions. Consumer contract information is supplied within the legally required time, no later than goods delivery or before service begins. Included Warranty is supplied even if no paid Extension is selected; the completed goods/guarantor statement uses actual device and delivery evidence. Selected Extension and StayProtect terms are included, and activation is recorded separately.
MasterMind archives the electronic contract and associated version/acceptance records; request your documents at info@mmindtech.com. A changeable website link or payment receipt alone does not replace full durable delivery. MasterMind issues new invoices primarily through Stripe. Standalone hardware and Warranty Extension purchases receive a Stripe invoice for the verified payment; selected StayProtect uses Stripe Billing invoices for the initial purchase and renewals. An initial mixed invoice may include both one-time items and StayProtect; the same supply is invoiced only once. Authorised MasterMind personnel may issue exceptional manual invoices in Stripe Dashboard. Issuing an invoice for an already received payment does not authorise collecting that payment again. Refunds and credit notes identify the original invoice and are reconciled with the actual payment or refund and applicable rectification requirements. Historical Canva invoices are preserved without renumbering or reissue; ordinary new invoicing no longer uses Canva. A receipt, invoice or accounting task is not proof of active protection.
Statutory rights, liability, disputes and related policies
Statutory consumer conformity remedies and any non-excludable rights remain independent of commercial Warranty, Extension and StayProtect. Depending on applicable law and circumstances, conformity remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or termination. These terms add no contractual liability cap or general exclusion of damages; liability follows applicable law. Applicable law and court jurisdiction follow statutory rules, including the protections available to consumers. Contact support@mmindtech.com for complaints; purchase/document questions go to info@mmindtech.com.
The existing Warranty and StayProtect information pages are https://mmindtech.com/support/warranty/ and https://mmindtech.com/support/stayprotect/. They supplement the actual full versioned documents supplied for your order. Shop data processing is described in the separate Shop Privacy notice. The Website policies at https://mmindtech.com/privacy-policy/, https://mmindtech.com/cookies-policy/ and https://mmindtech.com/legal-notice/ cover their respective Website matters. Privacy information is not purchase consent or marketing permission.
Shop Privacy
mastermind-shop-privacy-public-proposed-20261015-v5
Controller and Shop scope
LEV ZIMBITSKIY, trading as MasterMind, Calle Carmelo Roda, 6, 46025 Valencia, Spain, is controller for the MasterMind Shop processing described here. Contact info@mmindtech.com; telephone +34 962 197 076. Order complaints and device support: support@mmindtech.com. This notice concerns buyer enquiries, orders, payments, shipping, accounting, customer documents, Shop support and selected device-protection administration. It does not cover StayAssist, guest communications, monitoring content or other authenticated-platform processing.
Information processed and its sources
We process necessary buyer name, contact/business details, billing/delivery addresses, buyer status and supplied tax identifiers; product/quantity and selected order-unit coverage choices, retained enquiries, language and exact document/acceptance records; prices, discounts, tax, freight and totals; payment, invoice/refund references and statuses; shipment batches, confirmed actual unit delivery dates and relevant correspondence. Selected protection records include only the unit association, applicable base evidence, coverage dates, individual anniversaries, payment/grace/suspension state, notices, cases and cancellation information needed to administer the purchase. A physical serial is not required before same-order new-hardware purchase. Device-service or ownership claims may require device identity, original purchase/ownership-chain evidence, reported problem and reasonable diagnostics.
Most information comes from you or your authorized representative. Stripe supplies relevant payment, tax, Billing and refund results. Necessary tax verification uses positive VIES or equivalent authoritative evidence where applicable. Delivery/service correspondence and manual verification supply actual shipment or case evidence. Necessary access/security records may include connection, request and security-event information. Commerce does not create a second master device registry, import historical platform devices or collect unrelated guest/platform content.
Required information and purchase choices
Fields needed for the relevant purchase or enquiry step are identified when information is collected. Without the details needed to identify the buyer, calculate the applicable amount, process payment, deliver goods or prepare legally required documents, that step cannot be completed. Tax identifiers are needed only where the relevant tax treatment requires them; an identifier alone does not establish an exemption. Optional protection purchases are separate choices. Supplying an order or contact address is not permission for advertising, and this notice does not require a privacy-consent checkbox to buy.
Purchase, fulfilment and selected services: purposes and bases
We use necessary buyer and transaction data to respond to requested enquiries, prepare and perform purchases, verify payment, confirm orders, arrange delivery, provide the applicable documents, administer selected Warranty Extension or StayProtect, handle support and exercise withdrawal, cancellation or refund rights. Where you are the contracting individual, these activities rely on contract performance or requested pre-contract steps under GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
Accounting, tax reporting and legally required invoice, credit-note and transaction records rely on the applicable legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c). Only the information relevant to those duties is used. Recurring billing applies only to an expressly selected recurring service; this notice is not acceptance of that service or authority to charge another person.
Business contacts, claims and security: legitimate interests
Where you act for a business rather than contract personally, we use necessary representative contact details under Article 6(1)(f) to communicate with that business and administer its enquiry or order. Necessary security and abuse prevention protect the Shop, payments and records. Relevant claim records support the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. These are the legitimate interests relied on; processing must remain necessary and balanced against the person's rights. You may object as explained below. A document-version or acceptance record evidences the actual contract information presented; it is not general data-processing or marketing consent.
Recipients and access
Arsys provides the hosting and mail infrastructure used for the Website and Commerce. Authorised MasterMind personnel handle orders, fulfilment coordination, administration, accounting and support using only records needed for their tasks. Stripe handles payment, transaction tax, refunds, new automatic and exceptional manual invoices, credit notes and, for selected StayProtect, recurring Billing. Canva retains historical accounting documents as described below. Zoho Desk handles support email as described below. Necessary records may be disclosed to competent authorities where legally required or to professional advisers for a relevant accounting or legal matter. Commerce has no Zoho CRM relay; this is separate from the support mailbox's Zoho Desk handling. No additional Shop analytics or advertising processing is included.
Stripe payments, tax and recurring Billing
Payment information is entered through Stripe. MasterMind receives transaction references, statuses and related order information needed to reconcile payment, tax, invoices and refunds; do not send card details by email. For selected StayProtect, Stripe processes necessary customer, subscription, first annual payment, per-unit renewal and Billing information. New-hardware payment precedes delivery-based protection; actual unit delivery evidence and anniversaries are used to administer the agreed billing, notifications, cancellation and lawful refunds. These purposes do not prove that an individual subscription has been activated or a charge/refund executed. Stripe invoicing uses the necessary billing identity, company and tax details, address, purchased items, quantities, billing periods, tax, totals and original-payment references. Invoice and credit-note references are reconciled with Commerce records; a subsequent invoice must not cause a previously received payment to be collected again.
Depending on the activity, Stripe acts as a processor or independent controller, including processing involving payment partners. Its Privacy Policy at https://stripe.com/privacy and terms at https://stripe.com/legal/dpa describe its processing. Payment validation/provider checks can prevent or delay payment. Contact info@mmindtech.com for review of an outcome. Applicable information, review and challenge rights concerning solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects remain. Necessary VAT verification records are used only for the relevant tax treatment, not advertising.
Email and durable customer documents
MasterMind uses existing mailboxes including info@mmindtech.com and support@mmindtech.com and hosted email infrastructure for purchase correspondence and durable customer documents. Necessary recipient/order details, full applicable terms and invoice/credit-note information support those communications. StayProtect communications include activation, one reminder 30 days before annual renewal, charge/failure/grace/suspension/cancellation notices and any required additional notice. Support mailbox handling involves Zoho Desk as described below; these are not advertising communications.
Exact document versions, acceptance, generation/delivery records and selected-unit/date associations support proof of information supplied, contract administration and relevant claims. Withdrawal/cancellation declarations receive timestamped acknowledgements through existing channels. Original contract copies remain immutable; later notices do not replace them. Documents contain only personal information necessary for their purpose and are not public records. Other recipient addresses are limited to a necessary transaction recipient or an instruction you are authorized to give.
Stripe invoicing and historical Canva documents
MasterMind uses Stripe as its primary system for new invoices: automatic invoices for verified standalone Shop payments, initial and renewal StayProtect Billing invoices, and exceptional manual invoices created by authorised personnel in Stripe Dashboard. Necessary identification, contact, company, billing-address, tax, order, payment and refund information supports these documents and their reconciliation. A mixed invoice can include one-time items and StayProtect without separately invoicing the same supply again. Credit notes identify the original invoice and the applicable payment or refund; issuing accounting documents does not authorise an additional collection.
Historical Canva invoices and associated records remain preserved and are not renumbered or reissued merely because of this transition. Canva is no longer used for ordinary new invoicing. Access to historical records remains limited to the relevant accounting, legal and document-request needs. Card information is not supplied to Canva for this purpose. Canva's Privacy Policy at https://www.canva.com/policies/privacy-policy/ describes its provider processing. Request information relevant to your documents from info@mmindtech.com. No new marketing use or separate ERP is introduced.
Shipping, returns and support boundaries
Physical fulfilment uses the recipient's name, delivery address and necessary contact/shipment details. Authorized MasterMind personnel coordinate actual shipment with the carrier and record partial batches and confirmed per-unit delivery dates manually; no carrier API, inventory or ERP is created. Ask info@mmindtech.com which recipient is involved in your shipment.
Email to support@mmindtech.com is also handled through Zoho Desk in the configured European data centre. Sender contact details, message, attachments and necessary order/device information can therefore enter a ticket for Shop complaints, Warranty, withdrawal/returns or StayProtect. This is separate from a Commerce-to-Zoho-CRM relay, which does not exist. Supply only issue/return correspondence and reasonable evidence needed to resolve the case; avoid unrelated guest information, unnecessary identity documents and card data.
Included Warranty and Extension ownership claims use necessary device identity, original purchase/ownership-chain evidence and original expiry. StayProtect does not automatically transfer: the original payer cancels and the new owner contracts separately after manual eligibility review. Payment methods and personal data are not transferred to the new owner; an email/account change is not another person's recurring-payment authority. Existing-hardware coverage enquiries use contact/manual records rather than a second platform device database.
International processing and safeguards
Use of Arsys hosting and the configured European Zoho Desk data centre does not mean that all processing by the involved providers stays in Spain or the EEA. The linked Stripe and Canva information describes international processing and transfer arrangements. Any transfer to a country outside the EEA must have a lawful basis under the applicable data-protection rules, such as a relevant adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards where required. The fact that a provider publishes transfer terms does not establish which mechanism covers every Shop or support transaction.
Contact info@mmindtech.com for the recipient and location information relevant to your order, support case or documents, the applicable transfer mechanism and a copy of the relevant safeguards, with unrelated confidential details protected where necessary. This notice does not promise EU-only storage or identify an additional provider country, certification or executed safeguard that has not been established for your processing.
Retention criteria and security
Enquiry information is retained for the requested enquiry and necessary follow-up. Order, payment, delivery, document-version and acceptance records are retained for performance and verification of the purchase and the applicable legal or claim-related needs. Invoice, credit-note and tax records follow the retention duties applicable to their category and transaction. Selected protection, cancellation and case records are retained for administration of the applicable benefit and relevant claims; a coverage end does not automatically erase records required for a legal duty.
Security records are limited to the period justified by protecting systems and payments and investigating relevant incidents. Data no longer needed for a stated purpose is deleted or anonymised, subject to a justified retention duty or claim need. Backup retention and deletion must follow those purposes; deletion of an active record does not imply immediate erasure from every backup. Access is limited according to the relevant task. No universal fixed retention period, lifetime record or absolute security guarantee is created by this notice.
Your rights and complaints
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. Where separate consent is used for another activity, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing; the necessary Shop activities described here do not rely on a purchase privacy-consent checkbox. Legal retention duties or justified claims may prevent immediate deletion of particular records.
Contact info@mmindtech.com or the controller's postal address. MasterMind may request information reasonably needed to verify the requester's identity; do not send unnecessary identification or card data. You may complain to the Spanish Agencia Española de Protección de Datos at https://www.aepd.es/ or another competent supervisory authority, including where you habitually reside or work or where an alleged infringement occurred.
Website policies and notice versions
The Website Privacy Policy at https://mmindtech.com/privacy-policy/, Cookies Policy at https://mmindtech.com/cookies-policy/ and Legal Notice at https://mmindtech.com/legal-notice/ continue to cover their respective Website matters. Website external-service choices are separate from necessary Shop contract and accounting processing and do not authorise guest or platform processing. This notice is supplied at Shop data collection as information, not contractual or marketing consent. Your order records the notice version supplied. A later notice cannot change historical acceptance records or authorise a new processing purpose without the information and legal basis required for that purpose.
Withdrawal and cancellation declarations
The separate withdrawal and cancellation functions do not require login. We record the submitted name, contract or contract-part reference, confirmation email, language and declaration, including cancellation type, reason and requested termination time where supplied, together with the server receipt timestamp and notice versions. These records support exercising your rights, immediate durable acknowledgement and necessary administrative verification under the applicable contract and legal-obligation bases described above. No privacy-consent checkbox is required.
Necessary identity details are compared privately with canonical purchase records. Where a match is verified, the original contract's document versions and acceptance evidence are associated with the declaration; the current notices do not replace that contract. Unmatched declarations are retained for manual review and acknowledged without inventing a contract association. The anonymous function does not disclose another person's order, payment or subscription information. Acknowledgements use the existing hosted email channel; relevant declaration records go to authorised MasterMind staff for processing. Retention follows the purpose-specific legal and claim-related criteria above. A receipt is not permission for an automatic refund or subscription change.
