This is the status reported by our payment service. It does not confirm shipment, device activation or protection cover.
StayProtect
Consumers: an initial 12-month commitment, then indefinite continuation with no more than one month's cancellation notice; unused prepaid time is refunded proportionally after coverage ends. Business buyers: ordinary cancellation at the end of the paid annual term, without an automatic proportional refund. More favorable mandatory rights remain unaffected.
An activated plan retains coverage for 14 calendar days after a failed scheduled annual renewal. Timely payment recovery preserves continuity; unresolved coverage lapses at the deadline, never before an already-paid period ends. Earlier terminal payment status does not shorten recovery. Late payment requires manual review.
An approved repair or replacement does not entitle you to an upgrade, the latest version or additional features. Remaining coverage and event allowance are preserved.
Future renewal is canceled at the end of the paid period.

Paid, non-refunded units are prepared manually. Dispatch and confirmed delivery are recorded per unit or shipment batch. Coverage dates remain pending until confirmed delivery; payment alone does not confirm activation.
