StayControl and StayAlert are one-time hardware purchases, with no recurring monitoring or hardware subscription respectively. StayEco is a one-time hardware purchase with no recurring device fee. StayAssist communication is pay per use. Optional StayProtect protection is priced annually.

What happens above 20 devices?
Contact us for volume pricing and deployment planning. Public per-unit prices cover 1-9 and 10-20 units; orders of 21 or more are handled by enquiry.
Why doesn't StayEco show a fixed price?
The required hardware depends on your property layout, the number of independently controlled AC units and the Room Sensors needed in associated zones. We price the configuration that fits your property.
How is StayAssist billed?
StayAssist communication is usage-based. Connected incident and guest calls include the first three minutes, with additional duration charged at the applicable rate. Voicemail has a separate charge. SMS uses accepted segments, and WhatsApp uses delivered messages under the applicable number and message type.
How accurate is the StayAssist estimate?
Results estimate the usage you enter, not an exact invoice. Actual call durations, outcomes, accepted SMS segments and delivered WhatsApp messages can differ. VAT, external BYO charges and separately configured services are not included in the usage estimate.
