Cookie Policy
Last updated:
1. Scope and operator
This policy describes cookies and similar storage on the MasterMind · Tech website. The controller is LEV ZIMBITSKIY, Calle Carmelo Roda, 6, 46025 Valencia, Spain; tax identifier ESY5383974X. Contact info@mmindtech.com.
It applies to all website visitors, including consumers and business representatives. Necessary order, payment and subscription processing and Shop storage are explained in the separate Shop Privacy Notice. The Privacy Policy explains personal data, recipients, international transfers and your rights.
2. Your choices
Optional services are off until you choose them. The banner offers Allow all optional, Reject all optional and Cookie settings. In settings you can independently select:
- External services: the Calendly scheduler, loaded only when you also choose to schedule a demonstration.
- Audience measurement: Google Analytics 4, delivered through Google Tag Manager, for visits, selected public-page interactions and enquiries accepted by our system.
- Browser error diagnostics: sampled, scrubbed browser errors sent to Sentry.
Browsing, closing the banner, submitting an enquiry or accepting purchase terms does not give tracking permission. You can reject all optional purposes and still read the website, contact us or purchase. Previous scheduling-only permission does not authorize the other purposes.
Use Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw your choices. The categories remain independent: enabling measurement does not enable scheduling or diagnostics. Allowing all optional services does not grant Google advertising permission.
3. Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small browser records sent with relevant requests. Local and session storage are other ways to retain information in the browser. Session storage normally lasts until the tab is closed; browser session-restoration features can retain it longer. Browser restrictions may shorten cookie lifetimes.
| Storage | Party and purpose | Lifetime / renewal |
|---|---|---|
mastermind_cookie_consent | MasterMind, necessary. Remembers the version, time and your choices, without a tracking identifier. | Up to 180 days after the latest saved choice. Browsing does not renew it. |
Functional session storage, such as home-scroll-position, stayeco-scroll, stayassist-scroll and route-specific scroll values | MasterMind, necessary. Restores scroll position and animation/section-entry state. No enquiry text or visitor profiling. | Browser page session. |
_ga, _ga_<container-id> | Google Analytics, audience measurement. Pseudonymous visitor/session identifiers stored on our domain. | Google’s default is two years, renewed on visits where the cookie is updated. Browser limits can shorten this. This is separate from GA4 report-retention settings. |
The consent cookie is host-only, applies across this website and uses Secure on HTTPS and SameSite=Lax. It has no local-storage duplicate. If it is missing, expired or invalid, optional services remain off. If your browser cannot save it, your explicit choice applies only to the current page and you may be asked again.
Our error-only Sentry configuration does not use cookies or persistent browser storage for tracking. Its network requests still transmit technical connection information. Fonts are hosted locally; language selection uses page URLs rather than a language cookie. Enquiry rate limiting is server-side, not a submission cookie, and Zoho enquiry handling does not install browser tracking.
Provider documentation: Google cookie settings. The table describes this website’s selected services, not every cookie Google uses on other sites. Calendly’s separate storage is explained below.
4. Where optional services operate
Google: neither GTM nor GA4 loads before measurement permission; we do not use pre-consent cookieless measurement. Only one GA4 installation is used, through GTM. Advertising storage, advertising-user-data sharing and advertising personalization remain denied. Public Shop entry and successful handoff to Checkout may be measured, but private Checkout activity and completed purchases are not tracked. GA4’s two-month event-data and 14-month user-data settings are server-retention settings, not cookie lifetimes.
Sentry: diagnostics require their own choice. We sample eligible errors, replace error-message text and restrict what is sent. Contact, Shop and private journeys are excluded. Session replay, tracing, profiling, logs, breadcrumbs and automatic session tracking are disabled. Our Sentry project is configured not to store IP addresses, although its servers receive connection IP addresses.
Measurement and diagnostic events use cleaned public page addresses, not complete query strings or fragments. After an enquiry is accepted, only recognized Contact navigation information may be removed from the address before its analytics event is sent. No form contents are included in our Google or Sentry event fields.
5. Calendly scheduling
Opening the demonstration dialog or allowing External services alone does not load Calendly. With that choice enabled, selecting Schedule demo time loads the calendar. Until then, its script, stylesheet and frame remain blocked. You can instead send a demo enquiry or email info@mmindtech.com. A clearly identified external booking link, including the small-screen alternative, takes you to Calendly’s own site.
Calendly LLC receives your IP address and browser information when loaded, and the booking information you enter. It uses storage for security, scheduling and preferences; its own optional analytics or marketing choices are separate from ours. We do not suppress its cookie controls or select those optional purposes for you. Open Cookie settings on the Calendly booking page for its current inventory. See also Calendly’s cookie explanation and Privacy Notice. You can normally schedule without accepting its optional cookies.
The booking service’s cookies include:
| Cookie on the Calendly service | Purpose | Period |
|---|---|---|
_calendly_session | Calendly scheduling/session operation | Approximately 21 days. |
OptanonConsent | Remembers Calendly’s separate cookie choices | One year. |
OptanonAlertBoxClosed | Records interaction with Calendly’s cookie notice | One year, according to Calendly’s published inventory; not set on every visit. |
__cf_bm | Cloudflare bot protection for Calendly | 30 minutes of inactivity. |
_cfuvid | Cloudflare security/rate limiting for Calendly | Session. |
_dd_s | Datadog monitoring used by Calendly | 15 minutes, renewed by interaction up to four hours. |
These provider-domain cookies are separate from MasterMind’s cookies and consent choices. The applicable set depends on your browser and interaction with Calendly. Its optional categories can add other cookies; its own preference centre identifies them before you choose. These periods concern browser storage, not how long Calendly retains bookings or monitoring data.
6. Withdrawal and deletion
Choose Reject all optional, or change individual choices and Save selection, in Cookie settings. Withdrawal stops further collection by the relevant website integration and discards its pending events. Google is not left running for cookieless measurement. We remove accessible first-party Google cookies. A marketing page may reload to unload a service; Google withdrawal does not reload Contact or Shop forms. Sentry is closed and stops sending further errors.
Withdrawing External services removes the embedded Calendly instance and prevents further loads. Merely closing the calendar does not withdraw the saved choice. We cannot remove cookies on Calendly’s or another provider’s domain; use its controls and your browser settings.
Necessary storage remains available to remember rejection and operate the website. Deleting our choice cookie prompts a new choice, with optional purposes off until then. Blocking browser storage can affect interface recovery.
Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing or automatically erase data already received by a provider. Contact us to assess and address an erasure request. Our Privacy Policy explains how.
7. Changes and contact
Published pages show their effective update date. A new optional purpose requiring consent needs a new choice. For questions, contact info@mmindtech.com. See also our Privacy Policy and Legal Notice.
